I'm a product designer with educational background in graphic design and front-end web development. During my studies in the front-end field, I founded a software company and worked as the maneger in it for 8 years.
The company provided online support services to a large number of users, and users constantly contacted us and submitted tickets to deal with issues they experienced during the installation and use of antivirus software on the website. They needed step-by-step guidance. Immediately I understood the need of someone who can take care of making the process simple and easy to understand for users but had no idea I will become one soon!
I had to take action so started to analyze and talk to some users and compare similar websites, we identified and categorized some of the problems. Then, by organizing the ticket section step by step, providing visual guidance, and using chatbots as guides, we were able to reduce the rate of users' re-visits by 30% .
The more I learned about UX design, the more interested I became in this field. Through my interactions with customers, I discovered that actively listening to them and exploring potential solutions was my true passion which has helped me in my UX design career.
Regarding my personality, I can say that I am detail-oriented, organized, and creative. When I'm not working, I enjoy surrealistic paintings and engage in meditation and self-discovery.
